Join Heather and Crystal on Mondays from 645pm-8pm for a six week Hot Yoga Series! Hot Yoga 26 consist of 26 groups of postures plus two breathing exercises (known as Asanas). By doing these yoga poses, one can exercise and invigorate all of the body by stimulating its glands, nerves, and organs and by improving circulation of oxygen throughout the body. Many of the poses are not typically practiced in a vinyasa or power flow class, so expect to be challenged in a new way! The room will be heated to approx 95 degrees, so bring a towel and water! Every week the sequence is the same, so you will be able to really learn it and watch your progress. This also means you can attend some sessions if that works better for your calendar!
