A Winter Gathering 2024 will be held in NW Arkansas at a historic lakefront property near Eureka Springs and Table Rock Lake in Beaver, Arkansas.

The retreat kicks off on Friday, February 16 at 6:00pm with a welcome yoga movement class, followed by a nourishing meal with great company and intentional connection. Close your evening enjoying time with new and known friends and the lake views, or join the teaching crew for a Yoga Nidra Restorative session before retiring to your modern comfy room.

Saturday abounds with Yoga classes and workshops exploring all 8 Limbs of Yoga and health, great outdoor exploring options, and plenty of time for connection and introspection. Saturday includes a light breakfast, Ayurvedic inspired-lunch, and gourmet dinner.

On Sunday, we close with a community breakfast, Yoga movement and meditation, intention setting, and community. Stick around after check out for a local hike! All meals, refreshments, classes/workshops, led hikes, and lodging are included. Payment plans are available.
